Autumn Poncho

I crocheted this little poncho for our sweet p.  Perfect for walks through Central Park, perhaps with her skinny jeans and short boots, I mean booties.

The easiest granny stitch.   She will be cozy in this.

Here she is, sweet as can be.  How cool and calm does she look?  Oh, Grandma's got it bad for this one!

Enjoy this beautiful day.

She is just adorable. I can see her in skinny jeans with chubby thighs. She is growing. I love ponchos. With those crazy car seats.....winter coats are just impossible. With the poncho you wouldn't have to adjust the car seat straps. And besides......it's pretty.

How adorable (both the Poncho and the baby!) I remember wearing crocheted ponchos like this when I was a girl. Some made by my mom, some made by others. I loved wearing them.....Your grand baby is too cute, and I can see a strong family resemblance! Very sweet. So when is that lunch?
